Admittedly, I've been playing RS since pre-EOC back in 2005...

...And I've never once had the pleasure of playing Trouble Brewing.

When I around to it (both getting the quest done and being interested in attending), I had unfortunately lost the opportunity as it wasn't popular anymore (pre-EOC). Heck, i don't even know the quest(s) needed to do it! I know it's in Morytania, that's about it haha
