Dungeons and Dragons group?

Colpo and I were talking about getting a group together to play D&D if we can get enough people together to play. It would be a weekly thing. Please PM me or Colpo if you are interested!

For what it's worth, we're flexible on time and level of experience! Gods has only played once, and my experience is limited to podcasts, but we're willing to try a campaign! The general plan is that I will DM the campaign, and I've never played before so it is going to be a simplified campaign where we can all just get into shenanigans, you can all derail my carefully planned story with your antics, and we enjoy rolling dice and doing math.

As far as a campaign setting, I'm leaning towards a more traditional D&D campaign setting: magic, dragons, dungeons, etc.. That said, I also have a broad stroke of an idea for a low-magic sci-fi campaign setting that I could flesh out. Let us know what kind of setting you would prefer, and I can pick that one.

But mostly this is all for newbs to have a few drinks, roll a few dice, and try out a game.

I've played DnD once ever and it was with a not so great group, I'd be interested in trying it out again!

What edition of DnD, also which adventure path? Or homebrew, etc? I'm in, I also have the first chapter of a Pathfinder adventure path bought if yall would wanna play that.

So Gods and I are both EST, and my work schedule is insane. So we’d be looking at a weekday evening, maybe around 7pm EST. If there’s some West Coasters we could move it back, or we can organize a Saturday evening or afternoon if there is GMT interest.

I’d love to see what campaign you have Maal! I have a high-magic/fantasy campaign that I think could be a lot of fun as well.

I think we could go 5E but if everyone has a favourite I’m certainly flexible. All my knowledge of the game is 3.5 and 5E.
