That image is pretty old and outdated this is the correct one



infernal cape isnt included because it always gives you a max hit, just upgrade you firecape if you are able to beat the inferno

Is this going off the same "base" gear?

yeah the base gear is still the same. Also this is just a suggested list it just gives you the best dps for your gp, dont go sell your items just because they are further down the list if you dont want to.
