Two Clues!?

Anyone ever had this happen before? I killed two hell hounds at the same time, one with the cannon and one with the blowpipe. They died at the exact same time, and both dropped clues! What are the odds of this? It would only let me pick up one at a time. In the end, I just chose the one with the easiest first step and left the other one to disappear.

This counts as an achievement, yeah?

Assuming I did my math right (which, I won't even lie - it's usually not), it's a 1/4096 chance to get a b2b drop like that. But that's not even factoring in the fact that you killed both hellhounds on the same game tick which allowed you to get both of the clues as a drop. 

Pretty darn rare, I suppose!
