The [Short] Trip to 99 Crafting!

A few days ago I was at 97 Crafting with about 700k until 98. Now I'm gunning for 99! I may turn this into a general G&A thread later on, but for now, figured it'd a short term goal of Crafting

I just hit 98 a few minutes ago:

I'm a little jealous of your Fishing cape, so we'll call it even haha

Currently with dragonstone bracelets you'll break even or make a teeny bit of profit. If you're patient in the buying/selling you can probably maximize it a little more, but it isn't honestly anything writing home about. It's definitely slow xp (110 per), but given I'm so close I figured it wouldn't take me the rest of time to get it, haha.

Are you having a drop party or a celebration at 99?

Been toying with the idea of getting 99 Crafting for a while, but I'm too chicken to spend all that money. Could blow glass or do jewellery I suppose, but I don't know if I have the patience for that

Maybe a little celebration, but I haven't had anyone really present at my 99's in OSRS so far; not that I recall, anyway. I think it's just not quite as special as it was obtaining it pre-EOC. When I get one that I didn't have pre-EOC, it'll be a big bash for me It'll feel more special somehow, if that makes sense

Aye, the cape tele sounds wonderful indeed! I blew quite a bit of money on it so far, prior to the jewelry, but given how close I was I figured I'd give this a shot; see if I had the patience for it. At this point though… I may enchant the jewelry I'm making, as I think it'll sell for a teeny bit more of a profit enchanted, not to mention I'm not 99 Magic yet and it'll get me some experience. Not a ton, unfortunately, but altogether probably about 800K-1M xp I guestimate
