Hello, welcome to the clan and off site 
Well, as a smiley, you're part of the clan already. Once our staff sees enough activity from you (in game, bumping runescape forums, activity in the off site and discord) you'll earn higher ranks. To be honest, it doesn't matter what rank we are, chat is available for all of us
