New PVP Arena

I get bored so like to come up with ideas to try and revitalize pvp

I really like this. For me, someone who has never really pk'ed in 15 years of playing Runescape, this might actually get me interested. I like the random loot table, never knowing what you will get. Great idea!

I feel like this could be abused for supply drops, if there was a way to stop it such as having an un-skippable target similar to BH it could be ok, it also needs black background and yellow text
