Home Offsite nav button

I know the banner is a link to the homepage, but it's not very intuitive. It looks like there is some room on the navigation bar to include a "Home" button. Thoughts on adding it?

The portal (landing page) was created after the nav bar, so that is why it's not included. But there was some buffer space left on each side, as otherwise, depending on monitor, the nav bar would wrap around to two lines and look funny.
