Rubik's Cubes...

Post by Reeboks on Thu Apr 27, 2017 12:45 pm

Anyone else ever get into "speedcubing"?

Used to play around with the things alot in my teen years. Just picked it up to see where I'm at timewise and was quite happy with the result...

Anyone else into it?

I used to do this for like a year in high school, my record was something like a 1:30. After a while it was very hard to get faster so I gave up :p pretty sure I can't even solve them anymore.

I did win quite alot of beer/money when I took it in my backpack and made bets with people that i could solve it under 2 minutes Very Happy was fun

I'm a bit late to this thread, but I'm into solving rubik's cubes! I've got a 2x2, 3x3 and 5x5. Still too scared to try the 4x4 but maybe one day. I'm not too quick with them, my PB for the 3x3 is 1 minute 15, but it's a lot of fun! Not really timed myself for the 2x2 or 5x5, one is too short and the other is way too long.

I've only got the normal Rubik's Cube and some numbered one (never done that), but I'm pretty good at em, good shout Reeboks, might use this if I ever get back into Rubik's Cube solving. Thanks! Very Happy.

I could solve all but 2 sides I think was the farthest I went without looking up any guides or learning from someone else. I wasn't into the whole algorithm aspect of the solving. I treated it as an actual meticulous puzzle.
