About my perm ban

Hey guys been a while since i posted anything here on the offsite. just thought i should give a little update in regards to this account Exodemon. As some of you may know this account has been permanently banned and after 3 attempts of trying to appeal it Jagex have emailed me stating that the ban will stand and any future appeals will be ignored.

So, about the ban - I havent played on my main account in around 2-3 months so this has led me to the conclusion that my account was hacked and macroed which is the reason for the perm ban. Due to these unfortunate circumstances this has led to me making a new main account. My new account is Exodemoness and my ironman is Neo Anima, feel free to add me on these accounts if you wish, i will be more active again playing the game as i have found a reason to play again.

Sorry about the loss of your account and the mystery surrounding it. Glad to see you back in the clan and gaming again, those things can be make or break. Good luck on collecting more pets....you did say that was a bad part of the loss, see you in game...I have you added

I've gone ahead and removed Exodemon from the friend's list and added both Exodemoness and Neo Anima and bumped them both up to Sgt since you'll probably be working on both of them. Let me know if there's anything else I can do to help

Happy to hear you have I sorted out, be sure to take extra measure in securing your current accounts to avoid this happening a second time.

You could even go the extra measure and do a fresh install of windows on your PC, so you know its 100% clean.

I recommend both ccleaner and malwarebytes as two free scanners for registry and antivirus / malware respectively. Make sure you add two factor authentication to your account and secure your password using as strong as RS lets you. (not strong enough if you ask me, as they don't allow symbols). Make sure you change your email password too if you're using the same email account.
